frequently asked questions:
if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
Do you offer off leash walking?
Yes, after having a conversation with the owner and meeting the dog/s I will decide if I am comfortable with walking the dog/s off leash. I have many clients with off leash trained dogs and I am comfortable using reward systems and E collars for recall purposes while on a walk.
Where do you walk dogs?
Depending on what service you want, and the particular dogs needs, I will chose to walk your dog either in your neighborhood or to a close by wooded trail that is dog friendly.
Do you provide dog walking equipment?
Short answer is no. I rely on the owner to have the correct walking equipment for me to use with their pets. Each animal is different and may require different leashes, collars etc. I have experience with using many types of leashes, harnesses and collars but if there is something specific you’d like me to use, I am very wiling to oblige. This being said I always carry a spare leash, just incase! I do have waste bags and dog treats but will only feed treats with owners permission, as I know some dogs have special dietary needs.
Do you walk multiple client’s dogs at once?
To ensure the safety and to minimize stress, no, I will not walk multiple client’s dogs at once. If you have more than one dog in need of a walk, I can certainly walk dogs of the same household together!
Do you allow pets in your own home?
No, I only pet sit in the owner’s home. I believe it is important for animals to be able to stay in a familiar place, especially if their owner is away to avoid any stressful situations.
Do you have experience with puppies?
I do! Some of my clients have used me since their dogs were puppies. I will clarify though I am NOT a dog trainer. Like all clients, I will have a mandatory meet and greet with the puppy to see if it is a situation I feel comfortable pursuing, realizing every puppy’s needs are varied and it is important that they receive the care they need.
Are you insured?
Yes, through Pet Care Insurance.
Do you have pet first aid credentials?
Yes, I am certified through The American Red Cross for cat and dog first aid.
Will you work at a non private horse farm?
No, my focus in equine care is specifically targeted to those who keep their equines at home.
What does horse sitting look like?
Horse sitting is similar to dog sitting in the fact that I will take over all responsibilities associated with the care and well being of your equine friend(s) who reside on your property! Due to the nature of the care required to maintain an equine daily, I will not care for more than four horses at a time.
Can you exercise my horse?
Although I do not offer riding as a form of exercise anymore, I can lunge your horse if I feel the animal can be worked safely.
Best way to get in touch?

How do I pay for your services?
I accept payment through the form of Zelle, Venmo and checks.
